  • Description: "Yafrel Medical Care is seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our elite clinical staff deployment team for major private hospitals in Trinidad, including Westshore Medical and Southern Medical. Candidates will undergo specialized cardiac and post-operative leveling protocols through our Yafrel Education Platform (YEP) to meet the rigorous clinical standards required by the Advanced Cardiovascular Institute (ACI)."
  • Requirements: "Active Registered Nurse license verified by the Nursing Council of Trinidad and Tobago, minimum 1-2 years of acute care or ICU experience, and commitment to completing the YEP digital curriculum."

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill post-operative patients.
  • Monitor, interpret, and document continuous hemodynamic and cardiovascular vital signs.Coordinate seamlessly with attending physicians, intensivists, and clinical coordinators at ACI.
  • Maintain complete compliance with institutional safety checklists and infection control protocols.
  • Complete all mandatory professional leveling modules via the Yafrel Education Platform (YEP).

Must Have

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or recognized Associate Degree in General Nursing.
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license verified by the Nursing Council of Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of continuous experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), or critical care setting.
  • Legal eligibility and authorization to work in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online contentActive Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Prior experience in post-cardiac surgery recovery or coronary care units (CCU).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex clinical charts and telemetry.
