To provide certified clinical leveling, user authentication, and regulatory compliance, we collect:

Personal Identifiers: Full name, date of birth, contact details, and government-issued identification.

Professional Credentials: Nursing titles, academic degrees, and active license numbers issued by the Nursing Council of Trinidad and Tobago or regional healthcare authorities.

Biometric Auditing Data: Live verification photographs, identification matching snapshots, and random automated proctoring check-ins (including camera and microphone captures) collected strictly during final examinations for institutional accreditation.

 3. How We Use Your Data

All collected data is securely processed and used exclusively for:* Identity verification and academic integrity auditing (Proctoring).* Course progress tracking, quiz grading, and institutional certification issuance.* Recruitment, job placement, and clinical validation within partner medical facilities.

4. Data Retention and Security

In compliance with international healthcare training standards, all biometric evidence, examination media, and proctoring records are stored securely within encrypted private cloud infrastructures for a mandatory period of ninety (90) days, after which they are automatically archived or destroyed. Personal and academic certification records are permanently maintained on your user profile unless deletion is requested.

 5. Third-Party Integrations

YEP utilizes secure Google OAuth2 protocols for user portal authentication. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal markers with unauthorized third-party entities.
