To comply with global clinical accreditation standards, final certificate examinations utilize automated AI Proctoring systems. By taking an accredited exam, you consent to:

* Completing a biometric "Check-In" requiring a live face-and-ID match.

* Continuous automated camera and microphone auditing.

Any detected academic dishonesty (including substitution of personnel, unauthorized external assistance, or recording of materials) will result in immediate exam invalidation, account suspension, and a report to the respective professional council.

Access to advanced content tiers and the Interactive Clinical Simulator is governed by payment packages (Basic, Specialized, or Premium Membership) processed through authorized regional payment gateways. 

* **Refunds:** Legitimate refund requests must be filed through our helpdesk within the permitted transactional window. Approved returns will result in immediate termination of curriculum access.
