Professional Home Caregiver – Post-Operative Recovery

Selected candidates will be trained through YEP on patient safety, vital signs tracking, and regional care protocols."

Responsibilities
- Track patient vital signs accurately under YEP guidelines
- Execute post-operative recovery protocols for high-complexity surgeries
- Ensure patient safety and maintain standardized clinical hygiene
- Provide emotional and physical support to patients and families
- Report health status changes immediately to the clinical team
Must Have
- Certified Caregiver credentials or recognized regional nursing certifications
- Valid identification and clean police record in Trinidad & Tobago
- Excellent communication skills in English for patient family interaction
- Strong orientation to evidence-based care and patient safety protocols
- High empathy, reliability, and autonomy in home care settings
Nice to have
- Experience in emergency care or surgical recovery units
- Prior training modules completed within the Yafrel Education Platform (YEP)
- Basic knowledge of pediatric or specialized adult home care protocols
